Village Pointe Apartments

This project consisted of a comprehensive exterior siding replacement across eight multifamily residential buildings to improve durability, weather resistance, and overall building appearance. All existing siding materials were removed and replaced with new siding systems installed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and best practices for moisture management.

Work was sequenced across multiple buildings to maintain site access and minimize disruption to residents. The completed scope enhanced façade uniformity, improved protection against environmental exposure, and extended the service life of the building envelope.
